Prices and shipping costs
The prices include the statutory value-added tax. We deliver free of charge within Germany from a goods value of 400, - EUR. If other shipping costs are stored on the product, these shipping costs also apply to an order volume of over 400 euros. e.g. kitchen module, rear pull-out and roof box. The shop system automatically calculates the shipping costs depending on the weight and delivery country.
Payment options
Payment is possible by immediate transfer, prepayment, PayPal, credit card (VISA & Mastercard) via PayPal or direct debit (Germany). You can find all details about the payment methods here.
Processing
You have the option of concluding the purchase contract in German or English. Advance transfer: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. This contains all information relevant for the payment. Consequences of cancellation
In the case of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides are to be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered . If you are unable or partially unable to return or surrender the received service and benefits (e.g. advantages of use) or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits drawn if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality.
